Privacy Notice
The data collected by ANMEC Consulting in its evaluations is used for statistical purposes and to measure educational impact, understanding the social relevance of our programs. ANMEC Consulting protects and safeguards the privacy of personal data (in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties).
What data do we collect?
The personal data we collect through Excel spreadsheets, questionnaires and/or assessments, depending on the program and its purpose, are:
- First and last names.
- Birthdate.
- Age.
- Gender.
- Emails.
- Home.
- Phone.
- School.
- Career.
- Company.
- School level.
- Academic average.
- CURP.
- Current occupation.
- Marital status.
- Personal image and/or via video call.
What do we use your data for?
Your personal data is used for statistical purposes, measuring educational impact, understanding the social relevance of our programs, developing new educational programs, creating directories to track students, volunteers and teachers, carrying out volunteer programs, assigning students to volunteers according to their major, and sharing student data with companies and vice versa.
How do we protect your data?
We implement technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your data and prevent its alteration or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
Who do we share your data with?
ANMEC Consulting may transfer your personal data to educational databases, CRM and ERP systems and to members of its Committee.
In such cases, we inform you that ANMEC Consulting will take the necessary measures to ensure that those who have access to your personal data comply with the privacy policy, as well as with the principles of personal data protection established in the Law.
What are your rights?
As the data subject, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection with respect to the processing of your personal data before ANMEC Consulting. You may also revoke, at any time, any consent you have given that is necessary for the processing of your personal data.
Revocation of consent
You may revoke your consent, as well as oppose the processing of your personal data for purposes other than the visit of ANMEC Consulting to your institution or company.
To effect such revocation, you may send a written request, which must be delivered to the address of ANMEC Consulting.
